At Ecigarettes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your items don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn apparel in its original packaging with all designer tags still attached to ensure a smooth processing experience.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
